Nutrition (E) Ssessment Program The Nutrition (E) Ssessment Program takes a comprehensive look into your nutritional habits, giving you a true profile of how you eat, what you eat and concrete suggestions for change. For fourteen days, you will receive a daily nutritional lesson containing techniques for staying motivated. You'll also keep an on-line nutrition log, where you'll track food intake, water intake, various moods when eating, and more. Susanna will analyze your entries, looking to determine what areas can be improved. You'll receive a detailed analysis with suggested recommendations to help you achieve your nutritional goals. Note: Our program is only for those who are committed to completing it in full. |
