What does Private Studio Time Mean?
All this means is that you can book the fitness studio for your use only or with a friend, provided your friend also pays the hourly rate. The studio will be then booked for that 30 minutes or 60 minutes for your use only.
The Fitness Studio provides all of the strength and weight training equipment you need to keep in shape. With an easy-going and friendly environment, the Fitness Center welcomes people of all ages and fitness levels. You may work out with or without the assistance of a Personal Trainer.
Booking Fitness Center Time
The Fitness Studio operates on a "pay-as-you-go" system. Call Personal Trainer Susanna de Beer to book your time slot in the Fitness Center. Thirty or 60 minutes slots are available; longer slots can be arranged. Availability varies - please call ahead to book your time slots.
30 minutes = $4.00
60 minutes = $6.00
Monthly passes: Can be arranged
Newcomers will receive an orientation and personal training session on their first visit. You must contact Personal Trainer Susanna de Beer before your first session in the Fitness Center.

Managed by Certified Personal Trainer Susanna de Beer, the Fitness Center offers a variety of fitness programs and services to suit every need and budget. They include:
- Personal Training: Certified Personal Trainer Susanna de Beer assesses your fitness and weight loss goals and sets up a personalized fitness program that works for you.
- Spinning Classes: Spinning is an indoor group cycling program performed on SPINNER ® stationary bikes several times a week.
- Circuit Training Classes: Circuit training is a high-energy workout focused on weight resistance training, performed at each person's individual level.
- Fitness Appraisals: The Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness and Lifestyle Appraisal provides a simple, safe approach to assessing physical fitness and lifestyle.

- 2 benches (variety of pulley attachments, a Preacher Curl and Leg Extension/Hamstring Curl)
- Calf Raise
- Back Extension
- Decline/Sit Up bench
- Squat Stand
- Range of dumbbells from 1 to 40 pounds
- Adjustable dumbbells to use with plates
- EZ Curl Barbell and straight barbell with variety of plates
- Resistance Tubing (variety of strengths)
- Medicine Balls (2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8 kilograms)
- 2 sizes stability balls
- Adjustable ankle weights from 1/2 to 10 pounds per leg
- Workout mats
- Body Bars (9, 12, 15, 18 and 24 pounds)
- 6 LifeLine Train stations
- LifeLine Power Wheel
- LifeLine Tubing and accesories
- Lebert Equilizer
- Spinners® are not available for use
