Welcome to Wellness with Susanna and Pole Dancing for Fitness

This is a powerful workout that is tailored to your own abilities. This exercise class is designed to hide the exercise in the fun!

Class Format:

A 1 hour class consists of sensual forms of stretching, striptease dance workout (sometimes referred to as strip aerobics, strip-cardio etc.) both on the floor and standing. This is followed by pole work, that leads to a shot dance routine at the end of 8 weeks.

Sessions and Payments:

Classes are organized in 8-week sessions, one class per week, 1 hours per class. The fee is $75.

What you Need:

Comfortable clothes that you can easily move in like yoga pants. Please leave your jewelry at home. Please don’t wear body or hand lotion. (This means all your rings need to be removed before you can use the pole)

What you May Want to Wear:

Yoga Pants, tighter fitting tops, layered clothing should you wish to practice clothing removal, high heals, shorts, skirts, and what ever else you might want to use as a prop.

Privacy:

Total confidentiality on behalf of all clients is a must. What happens here at the Studio, stays here at the Studio. You can share your own experiences only.

Absenteeism:

If you must miss a class, please call Susanna at 613.821.5031 with at least 24 hours in advance. There is currently one 1 class being offered at a time, not presenting any opportunity to make it up within the session. Susanna does offer studio time in its place, so you can still get exercise in, of a different kind. Each session runs 8 weeks, and no classes can be carried over to the next session.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Refunds are not available once the 8-week session has started.
