Susanna is a seasoned Personal Trainer with over nine years of experience helping people reach their goals. In addition to Personal Trainer certification from the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association), she is a certifed Spinning and Aquafit instructor.
Susanna will help you set up a personalized fitness and weight loss program that meets your goals and teaches you the best way to exercise.
What is a session with a Personal Trainer Like?
First, you will fill out a brief questionnaire and experience an interview to thoroughly discuss your fitness level, health history, and weight loss and fitness goals. Each personal training session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.
Where do I meet my Personal Trainer?
Training is done at Susanna's Fitness Center. The fitness center is located north of Metcalfe, Ontario (30 minutes from Ottawa - near the communities of Osgoode, Edwards, Vernon, Kenmore and Greely).
What does it cost to hire a Personal Trainer?
You can choose to train one-on-one or in a small group of two.
- One on One with a Personal Trainer - $45.00 per session
- Small Group Personal Training (2 people) - $70.00 per session
