Designed to provide benchmarks for your health and fitness levels, Fitness Appraisals are the perfect evaluation tool to help you safely and effectively improve your health.
Within Canada, the CPAFLA ( Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness and Lifestyle Appraisal ) is the standard for performing Appraisals. In her Fitness Center near Metcalfe, Ontario (30 minutes from Ottawa), Health and Wellness Coach Susanna de Beer conducts one-on-one CPAFLA consisting of several fitness tests.
The CPAFLA includes tests for:
- Resting Heart Rate
- Resting Blood Pressure
- Body Composition
- Height and Body Mass Calculation
- Body Fat Measurement
- Aerobic Fitness Assessment
- Step Test
- Musculoskeletal Fitness
- Muscle Function
- Muscle Endurance
Each CPAFLA Fitness Appraisal takes two hours to complete. At the end of the appraisal, Health and Wellness Coach Susanna will provide you with a summary of your health and fitness results and answer any questions you have.

Fitness Appraisals - Options and Fees
Depending on your needs, you can schedule a single Fitness Appraisal to determine your current health and fitness levels, or you can schedule regular Fitness Appraisals to determine progress within your desired timeframe.
Each appraisal is $70.00 + GST
